In December 2025 Seven Tides appointed DUTCO Construction as main contractor to complete Golf Views Seven City. According to the developer's announcement, DUTCO has worked in the UAE for more than 50 years, on projects such as City Walk, Marsa Al Seef and the Fashion Avenue expansion of The Dubai Mall. Progress is inspected and published by the Dubai Land Department; each new figure is posted here.

Many owners bought Golf Views Seven City off-plan. An off-plan unit can be sold before handover: the buyer takes over the contract and the remaining instalments. The owners' desk values your unit on recent transactions in the building and presents it to buyers in Dubai, Europe and the Gulf; a RERA-licensed agent handles listing, contract and transfer.
How a resale works
Four steps, handled for you
- Valuation. On recent transactions registered at the DLD in the building and on current listings, within one working day.
- Developer NOC. Requested online through Dubai REST once the share of the price set in your SPA is paid.
- Marketing. Under a DLD permit, to buyers in Dubai, Europe and the Gulf, by a RERA-licensed agent.
- Transfer. At a DLD trustee office: the Oqood moves to the buyer, who takes over the remaining instalments. The DLD fee (4%) is commonly paid by the buyer.

The developer is Seven Tides. In December 2025 it appointed DUTCO Construction, a UAE contractor active for more than 50 years, as main contractor to complete the project.
